Transparency is important, therefore we show you how the internal process is working.

When a direct cremation is not possible the pets are stored in a special cooling room.

The cremation is done in a combustor at a temperatur of more than 1000° C (1800° F).

The cremation is performed by a computer and can be monitored through a sight glass.

An identification stone is put together with the pet (single cremation) to guarantee the identity of the ashes.

After the cremation the milled ashes are filled in a synthetic bag.

Metal pieces like remainings from a collar or implants are added after the milling together with an identification paper.
 

The ashes of collective cremations remain in the memorial place situated in the entrance area of the crematory.

If you wish to say goodbye to your pet before the cremation you can do this in the premisses of our partner located near to the crematory.
